If you live in Illinois, you may or may not have heard about Amendment 1. It is probably the most important vote you will cast in this year’s election. It is so important, I feel compelled to communicate this information regarding it to you so you can make an informed vote.

Constitutional amendments are serious business. Once amended, the constitution is exceedingly difficult, if not impossible, to change (example: Illinois’ Pension Protection Clause). In my opinion, this is a solution in search of a problem.
